On March 10th on NTV Business Redefined, I sat down with Julians Amboko to discuss what lies ahead for the African REIT Conference 2026, and to offer insights as to why our regional markets are at a pivotal point in the instititionalistion of real estate investment across the continent. As Conference Chairman, I shared perspectives on the emerging REIT opportunity in Africa and how emerging market conditions are opening the door for more structured, transparent and professionally managed real estate investment vehicles.
